Scaling & Moving Movies

Hi;
I'm new to Flash. I've created a movie that I want to insert in another 
movie but it's too big. How do I scale the entire movie without having 
tweened graphics remain unscaled? Secondly, how do I reposition an entire 
movie on a set without having tweened graphics return to their previous 
positions?
