Stupid Beginner's Question

Hi;
I'm trying to load a Flash movie into another Flash movie. Can someone
please give me the basics on how to do this? Do I create a separate layer
(*actions*) and enter some code like this:
onClipEvent(load){
myMarketingMovie.attachMovie("marketing","marketingMovie",10);
}
where *marketing.fla* is the name of the movie (and is in the same folder),
or do I somehow create a space on the stage and select that and enter some
code? Sorry for this question. It's not as though I haven't studied--I
have, two books--but it doesn't sink in for me until I do it a time or two.
