Trouble with transparent PNG

I can't seem to save this file as a transparent PNG-24. Every attempt I 
made leaves a gray box that shows up on the webpage.
I tried the Save for Web, Save as PNG, and Export Transparent Image options 
of Photoshop 7 with no luck.

Can somebody please export the PNG properly for me and tell me how they did it?
