need some help with a BG

Hi all,

I have given up on this one and was wondering if someone would like to take on
the task.  I am trying to set an image as a background that will appear to
stand up through the BG itself (like 3-D?).  This image will be repeated
multiple times.  This is for my first "real" site for a company (I am doing it
for free).  I will gladly post authorship of the bg to the page.  The image
and bg can be seen at HTTP://members.aol.com/gltbeach/page26.html
The page will be very simple with Co. name  and text in teal and an e-mail
link,  most likely will have a  submit form as well.  It is for a travel
agency in Charlotte.
