Well, it's not quite as easy as brushing your teeth...but it is comparable to
tying your shoe laces.  The animation program simply combines existing GIF's
into one animated one.  Therefore, you are right that you need something like
Photoshop to create the frames.  It is a good idea to make all the frames the
same size.  Rotating an image shouldn't change it's size or distort the image.
If you want to rotate a logo, give yourself a lot of space around the logo and
then rotate the selection (not the whole canvas).  For some examples that I
