First, check to make sure your links are not pointing to a file on the hard
drive of the originating machine.

If the links are written as follows:
href=file://C:/folder/file.htm  (or similar)
the browser will look for the file on the hard drive. They should say:
href=http://domain.com/folder/file.htm
or simply href=file.htm

If you created the page using Composer or FrontPage, this could be a
possibility. They will automatically write the link to the hard drive if the
page hasn't been saved. To keep this from happening in the future (if this is
the case) when you decide to make a new page, open a new page and save it
immediately, before you add anything to it. This will give the page a base to
refence from and all links will be relative.
(relative as in; href=/folder/file.htm or href=file.htm
as opposed to absolute; href=file://C:/folder/file.htm or
href=http://domaine.com/folder/file.htm )

You may want to provide a sample of the linking code in order to really
determine what the problem might be, especially regarding the non-working
Email links. Any answers at this point would only be a guess.
