Hi John,
I sent the following two emails to the Fireworks list as I had seen you on
it. Not having heard anything, I've pasted them below, in case you've left
the list.
Peter.

John,
I've finally tracked down the bug I reported to you via the HWG Graphics list
(the resizing of images). Here is how to make it happen, and for me it's
foolproof!
Take one image (mine is a .jpg, 50kb and 640x480). Take it out of image edit
mode, and then crop it. I cropped mine to 628x392.
Now, without selecting the image (although it should still work if you do) go
modify -> image size and make the width 200 pixels. The image will shift
down on the canvas.
I hope you can manage to replicate it this time!
Don't miss my other email - FIREWORKS BUG???

Peter Bowyer

Hi,
I would like feedback from other users as to whether these errors are also
occuring when they use Fireworks.
They are:
When exporting an image I have to go through the export window, enter name
etc. click OK or press <enter>, and then open the window again and click
OK/enter for the image to save. This is happening every time!
When using the ripple/wave/etc fills and editing the gradient I have to click
on apply, and then re-highlight one of the colour nodes and click apply again
for it to show in the main window. See my previous email for more details.
I haven't edited any Fireworks files, and have only loaded styles and samples
off the Studio CD. The only program to be installed after Fireworks is
Homesite 4.5, so I cannot see where the problem could have come from. Anyone
know?
TIA,
Peter.
