I have used both PSP and PP, and I must say that I prefer Corel Photopaint to
Photoshop.  The interface is, in my opinion, simpler and easier to use.  I
think that  when it comes to two very good programs such as these, preference
really boils down to whatever the user is more comfortable with.  You can do
the same things in both programs, esentially, so it's all about which one you
find easier and  more comfortable.  Most of the plug-in's work with both, like
Alien skin, Kai's Power Tools, and that sort of thing, so there's not much
practical difference.
