Jacqueline's spot on. I had difficulties with a printer I'd used for years when I said 'Adobe InDesign or PDF' whereas I'd been using Quark XPress previously. You'll get what you want when they understand it's your choice to be their customer or not. Now this printer not only accepts InDesign native files but is switching to it for their own literature <g>. Cheers.
