If you're doing it manually, you can open a photo in Photoshop, drag=20
out some guides to where you want to slice the image, then make several=20=

copies of the image, then use the cropping tool on the various copies=20
to obtain the various slices. Next, you construct a table with cells of=20=

the appropriate size.

The whole process can be semi-automated with appropriate software. For=20=

example, in ImageReady, after placing guides where you want the slices,=20=

you can =97 all in one step =97 slice the graphic, create the table with=20=

cells, and place the slices in the cells.

I do not have much occasion to do this, but here's an example:
