Hello,
I am not a graphics person but I am working with my family on a site for a=20
non profit organization. =A0Someone designed a bear for them in different=20
settings to be used as the mascot. =A0Unfortunately, the bear is only a blac=
k=20
outline. =A0Is there a program that would allow us to color these graphics=20
in??? =A0We would need one that is inexpensive. =A0I sure appreciate any adv=
ise.
