Ani Backgrounds ugh....Maybe

I'll admit I cringed at the thought of an animated background. The idea
SCREAMED BAD NO-NO.

Then I thought about it some more. Anytime I closed my mind to the idea of
something different, I lose possibilities of some solutions. So I relaxed and
thought about it more. How could I use an animated background?

Well, I came up with one idea of a "background image" that wasn't really a
background, just looks like it is. That way the whole image may be sliced into
smaller pieces and only animate pieces that need to be.
The other idea I had dealt with the animated background and reading the type.
It would involve good layout so the animated background doesn't interfere with
the type.

This is what I came up with, I'm sure there are more solutions.
