I saw a demonstration a week ago for Dreamweaver, and three days later it
was sitting on my desktop. I'd also avoided WYSIWYG editors, but when I
saw Dreamweavers features and capabilities, I was blown away! I especially
like the ease with which it can handle layers, CSS and extremely complex
Javascript behaviors. Well worth the asking price, IMO.

And now, to make this graphics-related, Macromedia just released a program
called Fireworks, created to specifically make graphics for the web. It
supposedly decreases file size tremendously, and supports Gif89a, Jpg and
PNG. I haven't seen it working, but was wondering if any of you had, and
what your impressions are.
