Yes. The basic approach is to select the graphic, go to the Edit
Menu, select Transformation, and then select either Skew or Distort.
If the graphic has both an object to be distorted and a background,
when you distort the object, you'll probably create a hole (or white
area) in the background.If the background is a plain color, just fill
in the hole with that color. If the background is complex, additional
measures will be needed.
