I'm sorry someone stole from you.

For what it's worth, it would definitely be worthwhile to call in on the
customer service lines of your various tool vendors, to see if there's some
way they can help with replacement disks. Varies by the company and the
situation, but it's definitely worth a try in cases like this.

(This assumes you registered your license for the software, so that they
can confirm your ownership in the database.)
