ImageStyler doesn't even do GIF animations, much less Flash animations, sorry.

Sounds like you'd want to create the final layout in Flash first, with each
"piece" a separate symbol on a separate layer. Go to the final frame of the
animation and move them to their "blown apart" positions, and tween.
Result: layout starts out normal then pieces move to exploded positions.
