Best info on this comes from the folks on the sales or service lines. The
original package included Fireworks 1.0, and current packages include
Fireworks 2.0, and if you make a new purchase of an old package then it
should be pretty easy to get it righted. The sales/service folks have
better details than I do, though.

Well, any Flash or Shockwave material does need to get uploaded to the
server, just as your HTML does. The two big tips are to have your ISP make
sure the server identifies the MIME types of the data it's sending, and to
upload such content as binary data rather than text.
