Yes, there is a way. When using the marquee, go to the Marquee Options
palette, and from the Style pull-down menu select Fixed Size. Now you can
enter your exact pixel dimensions.

	Specifying pixel dimensions may be preferable when you want to
create slices all the same size. At other times, though, you may be dealing
with an irregularly shaped image where the slices will vary in size.

	If you want to take more advantage of "the computer age," you can
create  photoshop actions that automates most of this process.
