New server space for XML files

We are in the process of getting things up and running. However to to do
things 'properly' will take one to two weeks.

Please carry on sending in any marked up files, we are still processing
them, indeed i have an additional 30 files to put up.

Files are mirrored at www.hypermedic.com/opcenter/gutenberg/xmlfiles, and
you can read any new files at this site.
