Many thanks to Wes Jones for bringing this potential problem to my notice.

All of you who are marking up please note the following.

local addresses are not case sensitive, so for example

<!DOCTYPE gutbook SYSTEM "gutbook1.dtd">
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/css" href="darwin.css"?>

<!DOCTYPE gutbook SYSTEM "Gutbook1.dtd">
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/css" href="DARWIN.css"?>

Will both resolve on a local (Read PC) system

However the second will NOT resolve when posted over the web, and the file
will not display or validate properly!

If any of you have done this (used Uppercase for adresses) it may have snuck
under our radar (I have only till now tested for display locally), so I
would ask any of you who may have marked up documents and you are not sure
if you have used case sensitive mark up to check your documents by viewing
them over the web.
