Strategestic, Inc., is a startup interactive/Internet advertising agency in the
San Francisco Bay Area, with regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, and
Seattle.  Strategestic focuses on delivering high-end strategic, creative, and
technical Internet solutions to medium and large businesses.

Strategestic is currently looking to fill an Online Strategy Director opening
the following locations: Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle areas.  Financial
compensation strongly based on experience.  Potential for large stock options
based on performance.

The Online Strategy Director is a marketing and marketing management position
interfacing directly with Strategestic clients and the Executive Producer.
Working with the strategy director's team, other Strategestic directors, and
the client, this position will be responsible for leading the marketing
principals and strategy behind each project for each client. This candidate
will be a seasoned expert in marketing and communications, and will have a
special gift for developing strategies that connect Internet technology and
Internet advertising to traditional, evolving, and new business models.

* 8+ years of marketing, marketing support, marcom, public relations, or online
communications experience, at least 4 of which were in a senior-level
position.  Experience with advertising agencies a huge plus.
* At least 4 years experience with online/eletronic/Internet marketing and
communications.
* Proven expertise in developing business, marketing, sales, public relations,
and communications strategies; experience with financial and human resources
strategies a plus.
* Experience with the planning, writing, and marketing of business plans.
* Demonstrated comprehension of online technologies, and solid experience
developing innovative strategies powered by Internet technologies and
initiatives.
* 4-year degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant field or
equivalent experience is preferred; MBA helpful
