designs, markets and supports high performance, mission critical
client/server relational database management systems and provides
related software and services for data warehouse applications. Over 650
customers across such diverse industries as retail, telecommunications,
finance, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and consumer packaged
goods include American Express Travel Services, CVS Pharmacy, Kmart, MCI
WorldCom, Merck-Medco, Nike, and Ralston Purina.

Technical Writer - salaried position

The successful candidate's qualifications and skills include:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communications,
English, or related degrees.

Solid experience writing technical software documentation.

Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability
to interact frequently with technical research and development
personnel.

Comprehensive knowledge of the technical writing process, including
planning and development of technical manuals.

Ability to work productively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Skilled in use of technical publications technologies including HTML,
SGML, FrameMaker, and  Robohelp.

Excellent compensation package with stock options and bonus, and most
relocation expenses.
