CONTRACT: Simple Document Conversion Job

I have recently done a redesign for a client who runs 2 biweekly
newsletters.  For the past 2 years, all of those newsletters have been
converted to HTML, and posted online.

It's been 2 years since their last redesign, and so all of these HTML
documents need to be converted to the new layout.  This conversion will,
by and large, be a cut-and-paste into a template that I will provide,
but proofing the results will be important.  There are approximately 100
documents to be converted.

Target deadline for this is March 31, 1999.

This is a simple job, but more time-consumptive than I can swing with my
current workload.  Note: this is a job for an HTML author, not a
designer.  The design is done; all that is required now is someone with
time on their hands or the smarts to run a good search-and-replace on
the documents.
