The senior developer/architect (4-7 years experience) would be doing
mostly development with some management if the person has the skills and
interest to run the team.  

Responsibilities include developing major website features using Active
Server Pages, VB, developing new products & services, developing
database applications, integrating financial software packages,
interfacing with ISP and contractors, managing the website,
enterprise-wide database and related intranet applications. Demonstrate
high levels of initiative and interest in the private equity market and
a cutting-edge entrepreneurial startup environment. Strong analytical
skills and proven oral/written communication skills. Previous experience
in financial services, private equity or customer service extranet
software development highly desired. BS degree in computer science or
engineering with 2-4 years applicable work experience in HTML, Active
Server Pages, VB Script, SQL, 'C', COM objects, Microsoft software
(Windows NT, IIS & SQL Server), Webtrends, E-Commerce applications and
emerging Internet technologies.

This is not your run of the mill internet developer's position.  I am
