Strategestic Corporation, a forming Internet startup is seeking an
experienced business executive to serve as the Chairman of the Board and
who can possibly invest seed capital into the company.  Compensation will
include majority stock in the corporation.

SUMMARY:
 
Strategestic Corporation is a new, forming and high-potential Internet
startup aiming to create a higher order of electronic/interactive
communications.  An order in which usability and effective strategy are
second to none.  The company, an "interactive advertising agency" provides
strategic, creative, and technical vision and professional services across
a wide range of vertical markets geared to help clients manage change in an
increasingly "interactive economy."  Websites, marketing, branding, public
relations, intranets, ecommerce systems, ... if it's a usable tool for
interactive communications, Strategestic can help clients leverage it to
successfully develop and implement their corporate objectives.
 
 
CHAIRMAN
REQUIREMENTS:
 
The new company is seeking a Chairman of the Board to help guide and build
the company from startup to an IPO and beyond.  The Chairman of the Board
will work extensively with the CEO & President to plan and execute the
strategic direction and operations of the company, and will help to
establish the board of directors and preside over the board and all board
meetings.  The Chairman may also be required to assume the responsibility
of any executive officers that are unavailable or not yet hired.  We are
also seeking candidates who may be able to provide additional working/seed
capital, though will consider all other candidates as well.
 
An ideal candidate for the position will have at least 15 years management
experience with progressively higher level positions and extensive
experience in the high-tech, Internet, and/or advertising agency
industries.  Strong candidates will also have experience building
successful startup companies and will preferably have experience leading or
managing a startup to an IPO.
 
As part of the compensation, the Chairman will receive a significant
percentage of the stock in the corporation.
