We are currently looking for web-production specialists to assist in daily
web-site(s) management, maintenance and upgrades.  Facility with PERL/CGI
scripting, java script, ASP, and HTML.  A working knowledge of server
administration, SQL database and network protocols.  A willingness to learn
new technical skills and ability to transfer expert knowledge is essential.
Duties will initially be divided between Web site production and systems
functionality.  Multi-project management skills and good communications
skills are required.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Overseeing web development projects.
Technical troubleshooting and maintenance from HTML to CGI to e-commerce
software/system.
Working with cross-organizational teams to assess individual
Internet-presence needs and plan functionality.
Write CGI scripts, database-to-Web interface programming and recommending
correct middleware applications/programming.
Work in conjunction with MIS department to monitor server and bandwidth
capacity, help with architecture requirements and research outsourcing
options as necessary.
Help manage content from a wide variety of corporate content providers.
Develop web applications for ad tracking, click stream tracking, lead
prequalification, multiple subscriber e-mail lists, and extranet development
