Owl's Eye Productions is a web site promotion company with about
8,000 clients, primarily in the US.  

In addition to site promotion, we offer web site design to our clients,
which are mainly small businesses.

Their needs typically range from site maintenance to original
design.  Price is usually a factor.

Designers must be able to handle all aspects of site design, 
including graphics.  We will provide CGI scripting, if needed.

Your geographic location is not an issue, although you should be able
to contact our clients by telephone during regular business hours.

In order to facilitate this, we are building a gallery of designers.
You should be able to provide URLs of sample sites which can
be placed in the gallery.

This should be a good source of steady work for freelance designers.
