F/TIME: Seeking Co-Founders/Partners for New Interactive Advertising Agency

I am in search of people to be co-founders of a new interactive advertising
agency.  I'm looking for people who are absolutely passionate about
interactive technologies with strong drive and ambition to create such much
needed change in the Internet world.  The interactive advertising agency
will deliver to clients around the world high-end creative, technical, and
production services combined with marketing, advertising, and brand
development strategies for interactive mediums (Websites, portals, online
communities, ecommerce, etc.)
 
I have already found very strong, veteran advertising agency and
interactive technologies people to also be co-founders, and am looking for
someone else to provide some very necessary but missing links in the equation:
 
-- New Business Development/Sales (strong candidates will be very heavily
connected to other people)
-- Usability
-- Others  (have something to bring to the table, that's fine too!)
 
Usability is a critical part of the vision for this new agency.  For
several years companies have been placing technology and creative above and
beyond usability.  The real revolution though is information and
communications.  Despite the true revolution, the two biggest complaints
about interactive technologies are that they are slow, and it's too hard to
find information.  Although creative is certainly sells and brands, it is
possible to have a very strong, sellable balance of usability, speed, AND
creative.
