Location: Washington, DC 
Rate: Market/DOE 
Duration: 6 months + 
Start Date: within one week of confirmation or ASAP 
Description: 5 years of IT experience is required including 3 recent 
years of developing state of the art web pages utilizing the following 
technologies; Java, html, dhtml, xml, cgi, perl. 
Experience developing websites in the telecommunications industry 
would be preferential.
