Title: Java/HTML Engineer 
Skills Required: 
Minimum BS or CS or EE, ideally MSCS, with at least 3 years experience. Good OO
and Java skilss. Should have 2-3 years OO experience, ideally one year of it in
Java. Fanatical devotion to designing and building good crisp GUIs and an
attitude that the detail work of GUI development is crucial to a great product.
Experience with HTML, servlets, JSP. The engineer should be able to take a
fixed HTML target and build a dynamic servlet based on it. JavaScript
experience a significant plus.
