Web Designer (HTML)

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Design Web sites. Graphic design background is NOT 
required. I am just looking for a good designer 
with HTML coding experience. If you only know how 
to design Web pages using tools (eg. FrontPage) then 
you do not qualify. I need people who can design 
from HTML code level. Please include sample URLs 
in resume and/or cover letter.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES 
1) Web site design experience. 
2) HTML coding.
