CONTRACT: [3] Positions - Telecommute

I am bidding on a government contract scheduled to start in=20
September. I am looking for subcontractor resumes to include with=20
the bid. These will all be telecommute positions (as far as I know)=20
and the pay range start at around $20.00 per hour (bids may be=20
required at the time of the work).

There are 3 different categories of skills needed. You do need to=20
meet the minimum requirements listed below for the category you=20
are willing to work.

Do not send attachments, cut and paste your resume into your=20
e-mail. I may contact you later for a resume in a more formal=20
format but at this point I basically need to supply a listing of=20
skills sets available.

On the subject line, please put:=20
Fed999 & and the position you are applying for=20
(ie) F999 HTML=20
or F999 Graphics=20
or F999 Instructional & HTML

Don't even worry about a cover letter at this point. Again, I may=20
need one later but right now I'm trying to prove I can supply the=20
skills sets for this contract.

HTML Programming

=B7 Two (2) years of web development/design experience,=20
=B7 Proficiency in HTML, including understanding of tables, forms, and=
 frames,=20
=B7 Understanding of cross browser compatibility and web=
 usability/accessibility
issues,=20
=B7 Excellent customer service skills,=20
=B7 Ability to quickly understand and implement emerging technologies,=20
=B7 Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment,=20
=B7 Ability to work both independently and with others.
Experience in web design and web content writing is a plus, as is experience
with web multimedia and dynamic HTML.

Web Graphics Designer

Two (2) years of web graphics design experience,=20
=B7 Portfolio to include three (3) web sites produced within the last two=
 (2)
years,=20
=B7 Strong understanding of web graphics design issues and limitations,=20
=B7 Experience and in-depth knowledge with the following applications:
=AC PhotoShop=20
=AC Illustrator
=B7 Experience and working knowledge with the following applications:
=AC Imageready=20
=AC Fireworks=20
=AC DeBabelizer=20
=AC Flash=20
=AC Premier=20
=AC Dreamweaver=20
=AC HTML

Experience with web multimedia, video production, and print design is a=
 plus,
as is experience with dynamic HTML.Instructional Design

=B7 Two (2) years of web-based instructional design experience.=20
=B7 Portfolio to include three (3) web-based training sites that have been
created in the last two (2) years.=20
=B7 Strong understanding of web-based instructional design and issues and
limitations.=20
=B7 Experience and in-depth knowledge with the following applications:
=AC Dreamweaver Attain=20
=AC Director and/or Toolbook
=B7 Experience and working knowledge with the following applications:
=AC PhotoShop=20
=AC HTML editors

Experience with web multimedia, video production, and print design is a=
