We are currently seeking a web designer/graphic artist to improve the 
aesthetics of our site. We anticipate a major launch by the end of the year.

We would "prefer" two onsite visits, though the majority of the work could be 
done offsite. Time is an issue for us at this point, so if it would expedite 
things we would be willing to forego the onsite meetings.

US citizenship is not necessary.
