You will participate in the entire development process, from=20
architecture and design through testing and implementation. Solutions=20

We are looking for site architects to manage the production of our=20
innovative web-based solutions. You will work in dynamic,=20
cross-discipline teams through the entire process =AD from requirement=20
gathering and prototyping through production, launch, and QA.

As the production lead on a project, you will be expected to help=20
estimate work efforts for new projects, define and document requirements=20
and design, and lead a team through production. As a senior member of=20
the production staff, you will also be involved in helping develop=20
internal expertise by providing guidance and training for other=20
employees and helping set direction and building infrastructure for our=20
growing office.

Requirements include:=20
- 3+ years of experience with web site development, with at least one=20
year of managing production and implementation teams=20
