Summary: 

Candidate will work with graphic designers and Production Engineers to 
conceptualize, develop and deploy dynamic web pages in a fast paced, 
deadline driven environment. Primary responsibilities include translating 
design vision into reality using HTML, dHTML and Javascript as well as 
Alta Vista's own content production system. Optimization of images and 
HTML to produce a fast loading, rich content experience for our users.

Required Experience: 

Two or more years experience working on dynamically generated web sites. 
Thorough working knowledge of HTML, CSS, dHTML and javascript and cross 
platform/browser differences. Working knowledge of graphic optimization 
tools (i.e. ImageReady, Fireworks). Ability to produce under pressure of 
deadline and excellent time management skills are essential. Excellent 
communication skills are necessary. Initiative, accountability, and 
willingness to take ownership of designated products required.

Desirable Experience: 

Knowledge of Perl or other popular programming languages a plus.
