contract 1-3 months, Farmington CT, WEB based development company 
Review existing web based systems, create documentation related to program 
flow, data flow and create functional specifications. Utilize Visio and 
various Microsoft products to create documentation. Develop template to be 
use for proposal generation. The systems in production are content based as 
well as active server pages using Microsoft IIS and other technologies. the 
need for this person is immediate.
