company which develops a suite of commercially marketed software products?

Located in Northern Virginia (metropolitan Washington DC), my client 
designs, markets and supports high performance, mission critical 
client/server and www based relational database management systems and data 
warehouse applications. Customers include primarily large established 
companies such as MCI WorldCom, Ameritrade and IBM. Please take a moment to
review the position outlined below.

Description 
Technical writer responsible for development of online and printed user 
documentation for commercially marketed software products using Framemaker 
and Robohelp.

Skills 
Solid experience writing technical software documentation. Strong oral 
communication skills; able to interact effectively with technical team 
members. Comprehensive knowledge of the technical writing process, including 
planning and development of technical manuals and online help. Flexible and 
able to work productively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Self 
starter. Experience Framemaker, Robohelp, HTML preferred. Software 
development skills a plus. Bachelors degree required, Masters a plus. 
Competitive compensation.

Salary
