Full-Time/Permanent Position that requires a web developer to be on-site 
at the company location in Austin,TX.****

SW Developer, Web Technologies, Java, ASP, Servlets, Pre-IPO, Austin, TX

Break ground with this young start up that has a deep technical core and 
hires only the best. A Web Developer is needed who is experienced with 
application development vs. porting, and knows how to design/develop 
Web-based solutions that are impressive. Work with other brilliant 
developers who know no boundries, and work only with the latest in 
technology. Your expertise in designing, coding, and conducting unit 
testing of applications will also be needed. If you make the cut by 
phone, be prepared to write code and flow diagrams on a white board to 
demonstrate your skill level. The interview process is tough, but well 
worth it if you make it! Salary is dependent on level of skills.

Qualifications: 
-2+ years of Web programming experience. 
-Previous experience implementing solutions using Java. 
-Experience with some of the following: Java, JavaScript, HTTP, HTML, 
DHTML, CGI, MS ASP, JSP, SuiteSpot, Apache, SQL, servlets, applets. 
-Experience with some of the following: CGI applications, Dynamic Web 
pages, Content Management, Web site automation, MS IIS & NS Enterprise 
Server, MS IE and NS Communicator. 
-Experience developing dynamic HTML generated user interfaces. 
-Experience developing commercial products from start to finish. 
-A strong desire to work in a product driven environment. 
-Good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: Base salary plus stock options.
