If you love television and have prior experience implementing and 
programming web sites, we have the position for you! We are looking for an 
enthusiastic person to work with CTI marketing and production staff to 
create new interactive content and promotions for Columbia TriStar 
Television web sites. Attention to detail, strong writing and client service 
skills are a must. 

Requirements include advanced skill in programming cross-browser 
HTML, knowledge of HTML editing software and JavaScript programming. Graphic 
Design, or Computer Graphics Production for the Web experience required. 
Project Management and good people skills are essential. Candidate must have 
experience in optimization of graphics for the web and have a thorough 
working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 5, Illustrator and Adobe Premiere. 
Knowledge of DHTML, XML, Macromedia Director, Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe 
ImageReady, Adobe After Effects and sound editing software are a big plus. 
Knowledge or experience in the TV business, promotions or advertising is 
also a BIG plus.

Responsibilities include; contact with the producers and publicity 
personnel on individual Columbia TriStar Television and Distribution 
programs. Must be able to manage the production of individual TV Show 
websites. This would include day to day site updates, special promotions, 
and all general site maintenance. Responsibilities would include creation of 
site architecture for any new sites and Requests for Proposals on new 
projects. Responsibilities would also include incorporation of the latest in 
Multimedia and video technology and interface design and structure to the 
Columbia TriStar Television websites. 

Successful candidates must have previous experience in programming 
and managing high profile websites. Candidate must have mastery of HTML, 
Photoshop and have knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Real Media Products and 
must be well versed in graphics and media file compression for the web. 
Candidate must thoroughly understand bleeding edge internet and new media 
technology and integration. Must posses good writing and organizational
