PROJECT 1: 
Are you able to convert a real estate calculator written in JavaScript 
to CGI script?

Please visit this URL: http://mortgagemart.com/prequal_calc.html 
and give us a bid for a proficiently written CGI version of this 
calculator.

We want to use CGI because it is substantially more STABLE than 
JavaScript... 

We want to adapt this calculator to our website because it has the 
nicest layout and functionality that we have seen.

PROJECT 2: 

At http://www.e-RealtorUSA.com (old website) > go to BROWSE LISTING to 
look at how the photos are displayed.

Can you recommend a way to accomplish the following without using 
JavaScript?
- Mouse over THUMBNAIL photos causes blow-up in CENTER PHOTO area and 
lists property information below. 
- Not load all 20 photos at once to improve load time and reduce CPU 
load.
