Web developer need for redesign of site. 

Project entails creating frames, redesigning banners and logos, and helping
staff put a pring book into flipsearch format online. 

Developer will also be incharge of security issues. 

We are looking for a cutting edge designer who can create on of the most eye
catching sites on the web. 

Something that makes savvy searches say "that was cool".
