Programmer, R&D Team - NYC - $55-60,000/year=20
Reports to: Vice President, Research & Development=20
Start Date: November 1, 1999

JOB DESCRIPTION:=20
Seeking a programmer/creative thinker for its Research and Development=20
team. The R&D team develops flexible, browser-based tools and software,=20
improves existing software, and proposes=20
marketable standalone products. This currently includes sophisticated=20
rules-based profiling engine, dynamic content server and ad serving=20
technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:=20
Candidate should be independently motivated, willing to see projects=20
through from concept to completion and be responsive to feedback from a=20
variety of sources. The drive to innovate while designing for end users,=20
through solid interface design and architecture, is absolutely=20
necessary. The=20
desire to improve and refine one=B9s work, and to produce bug-free code is=
=20
paramount. Strong communication and writing skills are required.
Successful candidates must have solid web-based experience writing=20
ColdFusion or ASP, HTML, JavaScript and SQL. Familiarity with ad serving=20
technology and code is a plus.

SALARY:=20
This position pays $55-60,000/year based on experience and includes 2=20
weeks of paid vacation, 5 personal/sick days, full medical and dental=20
benefits plus a 401(k) plan. You will work in our Manhattan office.=20
Office hours are 9:30-6:30 M-F.
