We are looking for a contractor or firm with graphics design experience to 
enhance the appearance of our web site. We also wish to improve the site 
navigation methods as well as provide enhanced content to the site visitors. 
We would like to find someone with an established portfolio of commercial 
sites. This is a project opportunity, not an employment or long-term
