Technical Project Leader

Frankfurt Balkind is an integrated communications agency with=20
offices in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. We've built the agency
of the future today =AD strategic, creative & technological, across all=
 media,=20
from traditional to interactive, within one integrated organization. We are
currently=20
looking for a Technical Project Leader.

Responsibilities include:
=B7 Managing large web and eCommerce projects and engineering staff
=B7 Developing project estimates, project plans and technical documents
=B7 Ensuring development milestones and cost objectives are met
=B7 Working with project managers, creative and engineering teams to=20
plan and execute the development of Web sites

Qualifications:=20
=B7 2-3 years technical project management experience
=B7 Strong skills in Java, C++ and web middleware products
=B7 Ability to manage multiple technical development initiatives.
=B7 Solid understanding of relevant web technologies such as: HTML, DHTML,=
=20
JavaScript, Perl, Cold Fusion, Shockwave/Flash, XML, Visual Basic/ASP and=20
ActiveX
=B7 Firm grasp of Web and eCommerce development models and=20
infrastructure
=B7 System design, planning, and execution through implementation
=B7 Hands on. Must be able to pitch in and code and do whatever is=20
necessary to meet the client's needs in a timely manner
=B7 Ability to develop, organize, and author technical documentation
=B7 Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people
=B7 Understand the basics of database design and have experience=20
managing dynamic content delivery. Must be highly organized and able to=20
multi-task
=B7 Ability to adjust quickly to rapidly changing priorities
