Director, E-Commerce Customer Service

Our NYC office is looking for a Director of E-Commerce Customer Service to
develop and lead the strategic direction of the customer sevice department
with emphasis on breakthrough technologies and processes, resource
planning, and training. Requires 6+ yrs business exp with 2+ yrs exp in
managing CS department, pref. in e-commerce.
