Technical Support for Y2K call center. 
Entry level or junior level. 
2 month contract, W- 2 only. 
Located in Mountain View.
Description: 
Support for clients on Y2K issues. Redirect calls for escalation.
Qualifications: 
- Need general computer and internet knowledge (Windows and any browser). 
- Be able to navigate in a browser and use search engines. 
- Requires very good communication skills. 
- Call center or Tech Support experience not required.
