JOB TITLE: Technical Writer for Customer Training and Documentation group 
Skills needed: 3+ years of Technical Writing, HTML, 2 good references. 
This person will be writing technical composition to be viewed on the web. 
This group develops technical manuals for the development team's 
applications. The manuals explain how to use the applications, key words, 
GUI's, etc. These manuals are viewed on the web and are also used primarily 
as a training tool for new clients. These applications are sold and 
installed into outside customer's systems. The manuals are for internal and 
external use. All manuals will be conducive to usage on the web and written 
mostly in HTML. Along with the clients, (end users), the technical training 
staff will utilize these manuals to train employees at the client site on 
the new applications being used. EOE/M/F/D/V
