eSkill is developing an IT Skills/Human Resources oriented Web service that=

offers multiple IT subject skill tests. If you are an expert and preferably=
=20
an educator in one of the IT fields below, we want your help in authoring=20
test questions with solutions. For any given subject, such as Windows NT or=
=20
Microsoft Office, there will be between 75 and 200 questions needed. Within=
=20
each subject, you will divide questions into practical, task-based=20
sub-topics and assign each question a difficulty level of 1-4. Our proposed=
=20
rate is $5-$10 per question, depending on ownership, and whether questions=
=20
have accompanying graphics.

We also seek an external content manager who is capable of sourcing=20
qualified authors for multiple subjects, and can help us manage the creative=
=20
process across subjects. This role would be compensated differently. E-mail=
