FLASH DEVELOPER

COMPANY OVERVIEW: 

This is a pre-IPO company that is located in West Hollywood. They have a 
parent company that has funded them for a 24 Hour, Live, Internet, Radio, 
Broadcast station. This will be the first of its kind web broadcasts. It 
will be very interactive with DJs playing edgy music, that will be a mix of 
new wave, alternative and hip-hop. Within six months they will have the 
ability to click on the screen and get comprehensive information about 
songs and performers playing, as well as the ability to order that music. 
There will be bulletin boards and chatrooms. They are currently at 27 
employees, within six months that employee total should double.

JOB POSITION: 

This person will be developing the front end for the web broadcast station. 
This person will be responsible for creating the 
�look� of the web-site.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: 

1-2 years coding in FLASH 
They must have examples of �artistic� front ends that they have developed. 
Flash Scripting, Interactive aspects of Flash

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: 

1-2 years coding in either Java/Javascript 
1-2 years coding in HTML
