CONTRACT: Layout and Graphic Artist

Growing three year-old Web site development company seeks subcontractor who 
can take our clients' dreams of online presence and turn them into designs 
for Web sites that are clean, efficient and functional. We are not 
interested in Web sites accessible only by the latest browsers, or those 
requiring plug-ins to view. We are, however, looking for attractive design 
ideas from which our HTML coder can pick up the ball and run.

Specific requirements per project: meet with us (phone or ICQ) to determine 
client's concept and needs and create a "look" as a graphic, HTML document, 
or combination, to include navigation. Project will occasionally include 
creating the graphics to be used within the site.

We are willing to work with folks just getting started, however, you should 
have a good understanding of what can and can't (and should and shouldn't) 
be done on the Web, have lots of experience surfing, and have at least 
three samples of your work that we can look at. Your primary talent should 
be artistic, we do not currently need HTML coders. Thanks.
